You can’t tell someone to move on and expect them to move on. Yes it takes time but you cannot force or make anyone move on. It’s only up to them. When they decide it’s time then it’s time. You can go ahead and help them “move on”. But to be honest, the moving on part is all up to them. They can take however long they want.
